Дописал новый функционал в скрипта.



Теперь некоторые игры можно качать сразу через Steam Online клиент прямо с мастерской и получать архив файла.

O problema é que algumas modificações estão desatualizadas, mesmo estando atualizadas na Steam.

Прошу ответить на вопрос .
Почему некоторые обновленные недавно моды качаются , но у них в этом загрузчике дата обновления не соответствует реальной дате ?
К примеру в Стиме дата обновления - 18.01. 2019 , а в загрузчике стоит какая то древняя дата обновы - 13.08.2018 .. :(
Следует ли так понимать , что некоторые качаемые через Вашу программу моды иногда скачивают в реальности какие то устаревшие файлы стима ???

Ну сейчас примерно 498800 файлов загружено на несколько серверов. Это обновить одним махом не быстрое дело.

Сайт отличный, раньше качал только с него, но теперь он скачивает даже более старые версии чем раньше. Есть какие-то причины? У меня старбаундовская сборка страдает...

Потому что файлов слишком много. 18 ТБ уже.

А как-то привязать его к обновлению можно? Т.е. чтобы библиотека чистила старую версию, загружая ту, которая прям только из цеха.

Файлов то больше чем полмиллиона сейчас в количестве.

Например, мои oche contructivne предложения:

А) Если в течение недели к файлу нет новых обращений, с харда он удаляется и при новом обращении будет скачиваться заново. Заодно решит проблему с устаревшими версиями.
Б) Автоматическое обновление аддонов в течение недели-двух.

Нечто подобное в принципе возможно реализовать?

В Стима есть лимиты на закачку, оно также портит и не выйдет такое решение как ты описал выше.

Тоже архиватором. Шинрар открывает их нормально вроде бы.

Спасибо за твою работу. Я тоже пытаюсь написать downloader модов для стима, лично для себя. Я научился работать с web api и получать инфу о файле мода, но не могу найти в доках как скачать файл, не мог бы ты тыкнуть в нужное место?

Я учусь программировать, текущая цель научится работать с каким нибудь веб апи, выбор пал на стим, потому что твой сервис качает старые версии модов, а Total War: WARHAMMER 2 обновляется очень уж часто.

Мой не качает старых версий. Я просто не обновляю потому что модов там на 44 ТБ. Это все обновлять сложновато.

А зачем хранишь файлы на сервере? Я думал там просто команда в стим веб апи для получения ссылки на файл.

На текущий момент не 1 сервер, а 6 серверов использую. Но буду 7 сервер делать. Нет такой команды у веб-апи, чтобы получить ссылку на файл. Раньше было, сейчас уже нет. Я написал клиент для скачки модов, чтобы получить доступ к игре надо ее купить. Я уже вылил несколько тысяч долларов, думаю уже больше 5k$.

Клиент для скачки модов, это через Steamworks SDK? Я почитал доки по нему и ничего не понял, не мой уровень пока что.
Если тебе нужно будет написать каких нибудь скриптов для мониторинга когда обновлять моды, я могу написать, бесплатно, мне просто нужна практика.

Да, сервис бесплатный. Объяснить почему, я не знаю как. Наверное потому что ты как можешь заметить по блогах и сайтах, я живу в интернете, в прямом смысле этого слова. Это моя работа, мой дом и моя жизнь. У меня полно проектов в интернете то.

Вопрос, вот понакачал для Worms W.M.D. некоторые карты из workshop, но я так и не понял куда их ставить, как и в Human Fall Flat, тоже не понятно куда их ставить, есть ли где-то инструкция или что-то вроде того?.

Это печально, но надеюсь что кто-нибудь узнает как их ставить, ибо как бы я не пытался их вставить, в документах, в AppData, в папке с игрой, даже в них создавал папку Mods, и ставил их туда, и любую папку забивал этими модами, и всё без толку.

Люди просят обновить ссылки это если на странице мода в мастерской новая версия, но в SteamWorkshopDownload качается старая версия мода, или что-то вроде того.

Уже замучился объяснять. Я специально не делаю кнопок обновлений модов и прочего через кучу лимитов в самом Steam клиенте.

Потому что в Steam есть лимиты на закачку файлов. А модов на серверы загружено больше чем миллион уже.

tried to download a RimWorld mod https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=733997423
but got a quite old version of that mod. Is from Oct, 2018
Newest is from 2 Mar 2020 according to steam page.
So apparently http://steamworkshop.download do not check i a newer version exist on the steam workshop correctly.

Потому что сервис занимает 50 ТБ данных. Последних 2 недели, я переносил тысячи файлов на сервер с дисками по 10 ТБ. Больше миллиона файлов загружено на сервисе. В Steam клиенте можно максимум скачать +10 модов за 1-2 минуты, если больше то будет лимит: Rate Limit Exceeded. Это обновлять пиздец как трудно все. Куча лимитов на стороне Steam есть также.
