Locale seems to be a bit messed up on the wallet/tokens/contributions. It seems the payout is at 7PM EST for this user, which is at the reset time of 12AM GMT.

What is the current bug behavior?

Payout is at 7PM for this user, but it looks as if we aren't paying tokens from 7PM onward.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The locale should be properly detected and the contribution points should add up.

Possible fixes

I'd look into where we get the payout date from as I suspect we're paying out 7PM-12AM for this user, the following day, but the contributions make it look like we've shorted them on a payment.
