Summary

Closes #2491 Show the NSFW blur/mask for mature content in the modal pager.

Steps to test

1. Create NSFW posts: image, video, blog, remind, rich-embed
2. View a post in the modal pager and go through the pages to ensure that NSFW content is blurred. (Do this with a user who has not consented to view mature content)
3. Repeat step 2 with a user who has consented to view mature content to ensure that the posts are not blurred.

Estimated Regression Scope

Looks like the attachment.shouldBeBlurred(entity) response doesn't 'stick' when you page backwards
