What is the current bug behavior?

The user gets stuck with an infinitely spinning circle.

What is the expected correct behavior?

I believe this window should close, and the next window should be opened (accept / decline)

Whilst we look into this issue, note other browsers should work fine. Also be sure to try with Brave shields down.
