We had two instances of cancelled accounts being charged 500 tokens on February 6 and February 15 that I just had to go refund, which I linked in the issue above. Looks like @markeharding merge request was done three weeks ago which would be before these instances, so I do not think this is resolved?

@markeharding did some background work yesterday but said this MR fixed the issue. Assigning this to him to update with his take on the situation.

When did these users cancel? If these users cancelled 4 weeks ago and then didn't re-cancel after the fix was put up then that could be why. But the fix does look to be working and we check if the've cancelled since their last renewal before re-applying.

Ok, well I don't think we can expect anyone to know that they would have to re-cancel....
Is there a way to ensure users who cancelled before your fix do not get charged without re-canceling? If not, can we get a list of any one who may be in this bucket so we can communicate to them or cancel for them?
