• Build incentive structure for Pro channels to drive subscriptions to Minds TV (25% referral fee, additional earnings opportunity determined by engagement on Minds TV content)

I would like to gain a better understanding for the phrase "exclusive content" within the context of the upcoming Minds TV service and am wondering about the contractual end-user obligations regarding this terminology (ie. ownership of content and the possible usage of creative commons licensed content).
