We should include an in-depth guide on Rewards, to a similar level of detail as Emi's Feeds documentation.

It should lay out the formula for calculating rewards and manually triggering payouts through the CLI.

Can we draft a document of the rewards from a stakeholder standpoint here and then I'll get the devs to beef up the technical parts?
