Review sites can't use the twilio test accounts to verify SMS and test the wallet functionality. We either need to test it on a Beatles server or roll out an actual twilio account

New update, we can use real twilio keys with a trial balance to test this until e2e runs me out of money. I'll update the review site and give it a whirl
