New wallet needs mocks / content for the ? tooltips
The current wallet mocks have question marks for tool tip text, but we need the copy / design for the tool tips.
There's an i on the phone number verification that we just reuse the text from the current onboarding

Owner@brianhatchet @omadrid can one of you paste in a current mock where I can see the exact tooltips that are needed?

The text from onboarding isn't entirely relevant when seen in the context of the wallet setup.: "Your mobile number may be used for additional account security, unique identification and to help your friends find you. This data is private and encrypted."
Should we add something about no voip numbers here?

@omadrid Make tooltip say ....
"Minds will not store the number you provide. The number will be hashed using SHA-256 and combined with a salt key for privacy and unique identification purposes. VOIP numbers are not allowed."
and then remove the section underneath the phone number input field.

Tooltip should read
"Copy in your public address from your own Bitcoin wallet which will be used to receive Bitcoin payments on Minds. Minds does not store your Bitcoin."
