• Set up a cassandra table for persisting outlier schema (Mark)
• Setup a background process for finding outliers (docker container) (Rami)
• Setup an SQS Hook so data can talk to to engine (Dev)

• Firehouse to put weight in so they suspicious channels go to the top
• Show outlier table to admins in firehose
• Admin actions update the outlier table

We do. Updated the due date to the end of the month which will include the schema creation and the the admin channel classification UI

@brianhatchet This epic is too vague and broad. Anyway, I think we need a whole epic for the classification system.
