Platform information

Uses a VPN, but has Minds whitelisted, and has tried without the VPN.

What is the current bug behavior?

Sockets error is always present on comments.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should not be showing if there is no error with sockets, OR if there is an error, it should likely not be happening for this user.

Possible fixes

Could be fixed by the merging of: !750 (merged)

added scoped labels

The user is using an iPad so I suspect this is due to intermittent connectivity, that said, I've heard a few people telling us about this, and they do initially think its a new error - if its prominent on mobile devices we should consider waiting a couple of seconds to see if connection is regained before showing the message.
