As long as there is no Russian air force presence over Idlib, it is a sign that Turkish-Russian delegation meeting was succesful in at least finding some compromise.

To sum it up: - Opposition forces started an operation on Saraqeb - Sources say oppositions forces (NLF) were equipped with fresh armoured vehicles - TSK artillery (Firtina howitzers and T-122 Sakarya MLRS) give indirect fire support - TSK infantry on the ground
