An auto-renewal subscription is a subscription that Amazon will regularly renew on your behalf before your current subscription term expires.
With auto-renewal you will:
We'll automatically renew your subscription at the lowest renewal price then available to Amazon.com customers. You can cancel or Manage Your Subscription Settings at any time through the Magazine Subscription Manager and you'll receive a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of the subscription. You can also choose to turn auto-renewal off or on in Magazine Subscription Manager . Before you're automatically billed for your next term, we'll notify you of the rate of your renewal and you may change your credit card, address information, or cancel before the order is placed.
Note: Only credit cards are eligible for payment for subscriptions. Do not sign up for a subscription with a debit card. Also known as a "check" or "ATM" card, a debit card typically has the word "debit" printed on the face of the card. We will charge the credit card listed in Magazine Subscription Manager . If we cannot successfully charge this credit card, we will use the credit card you gave us when you originally placed your order. If we cannot successfully charge that credit card, we'll use another credit card you have saved in your Amazon.com account. Your initial sign-up is an authorization for us to use the preferred or other available credit cards to pay for your subscription.
Unless you notify us before a charge that you want to cancel or do not want to auto renew, you understand your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us (without notice to you, unless required by applicable law) to collect the then-applicable subscription price and any taxes, using any credit card we have on record for you.
Timing: You can see your renewal date in Subscription Manager. We'll send you an e-mail notice approximately 14 days before the new order is placed.
Updating your auto-renewal preferences: All subscriptions will auto-renew at the end of the subscription period unless you change your auto-renewal preferences.
Eligibility: We offer auto-renewal terms on select magazines. If auto-renewal is available for a particular title, it will be indicated on the detail page and in Magazine Subscription Manager.
Amazon may cancel the auto-renewal service at any time if that subscription option is not available at the time of your renewal.
Existing Subscriptions: If you're already a subscriber and want to switch your subscription to automatic renewal, locate your subscription in Magazine Subscription Manager and select the "Sign up for auto renewal" option. All you'll need to do is confirm your shipping and billing information.
