@ottman @jotto141 @markeharding I separated the phone number onboarding into its own epic and took a stab at breaking it down into meaningful cards.

Cool, I think it should SLIGHTLY expand to make the fallover as meaningful as possible for v1. Then we can carry on with the full recommendation epic
