社会に認識しうるマイノリティが複数ある場合、マイノリティ”間”格差もしくは差別というのがある。多くの場合、そういう複数のマイノリティは一致して連帯へとは向かわない。権力は、特定のマイノリティをターゲットにして政治的利益を狙う場合、別のマイノリティをその攻撃の尖兵として使う。
