Adds searchable traits for close kin and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ children at birth, allowing you to find where the naughty people are.

* Cuckoo Born (real father is not nominal father)
* Taboo Born (parents are unmarried close relatives)
* Closekin Born (parents are married close relatives)

Mainly a self-education mod to help me learn the ropes. Should be basically compatible with anything as it doesn't alter any vanilla files and only adds three new non-modifying traits.

Many thanks to the awesome Richard VanHouten for patiently guiding a total noob through the basics of scopes, and to Soloeus for the Traits! mod which helped with coding the traits.

At present the mod treats a close relative concubine as "unmarried", so will flag those kids as "Taboo Born" instead of "Closekin Born". If I work that out, I'll post an update. There may be a handful of odd situations that flag "Taboo Born" when "Closekin Born" would make more sense (or vice versa), but if either is added, SOMEONE involved is a close relative of one of the others!

Also note that this is just done using an on_event at birth - if the real father is later revealed, or the parents marry, nothing special happens. You can add or remove the traits manually using the console if desired.
