Mocks added. We need to understand the new sendwyre flow @jotto141 and see where that fits here. This seems almost ready to start.

SendWyre mentioned to me that we may be able to automate the USD --> ETH --> Minds Tokens flow via Uniswap.

So users could feel as if they are buying Minds Tokens with a debit card, apple pay, or google pay (credit card?).

This would be pretty nice for consumers as it removes the ETH education step and we could use this instead of Bank Wires, or offer both (MetaMask would still be required).

@jotto141 please set a meeting next week to go over sendwyre updates with @brianhatchet and understand how that fits in with the new token purchase mockups we already have. This is an important one.
