To enable the styles for light mode and dark mode, we need to unify our styles and clean them up into themes

• Don't change the old screens, we're only rolling light and dark mode for the rewrite
• Make sure we have themes for nav, composer and onboarding
• clean up our styles into light mode and dark mode themes
