I think, without a conflict between HTS and Turkey, Turkey can take control in Idlib (with civillians and FSA support) It is hard to say that civilians are happy with the current situation.

Of course, an important question arises here: against whom? Will be against HTS to satisfy the Sochi process? Or will it solve both problems by stopping the Assad regime and taking control of the region? Both processes difficult for Turkey.

Turkey's basic preferences must do to prevent migration in this point is quite difficult. Turkey will only do whatever has to do. To satisfy Russia about HTS and to stop Assad. We'll wait and see.

Turkey is preparing for a major operation in Idlib. All signs show this is a serious military operation movement. Hundreds of commandos, SOFs, tanks and armoured vehicles are signs of that, nothing else.
