(bug): No error thrown when trying to remind a group post, when not a group member

Summary

When you are not a member of a group, if you try to remind a post from it, it will seem like it worked fine. When you check your channel it does not.

Steps to reproduce

Pick a group, e.g. https://www.minds.com/groups/profile/844220536770330624/feed
Make sure you are NOT joined
Repost something
Check channel and observe that the remind has not happened
Go back and join and remind same post.

Cross platform web replicated on Chromium / Ubuntu 18.04

What is the current bug behavior?

No repost is made.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Either reposting when not a group member should be allowed, in which case it needs fixing, or an appropriate error message should be displayed.
