1) - More negotiations will make sense, if the Joint Military Committee (5+5 Committee) can actually come to terms on the details for a ceasefire. 2) Seems a likely outcome, unless the oil blockade breaks the GNA. 3) No present signs either side can achieve a decisive victory.

#Turkey lately has shored up the protection of the GNA side installing air-defense systems & jamming devices, which do thwart substantially the #UAE’s mastery of the #Tripoli skies. The facet above is *more* of a game-changer than #Syrian mercs, & I exhort the press to cover it.
