This should be in settings and is an important suggestion. @benhayward.ben and @xander-miller this sort of relates to the mature issue we found, as we only have the option in settings to SEE mature, but not BE mature.

Good feed back from Kate that requires a bigger discussion since it involves channel tagging and how we'd want to propagate those tags

I don't think it's overly complicated to start. A channel should simply be able to self-tag as NSFW in settings. @michaelfbradley will need add this to the new NSFW settings.

So perhaps move to design?
