Steps to reproduce

Go to Firehose and choose Top/Videos. From here, accept a post and it will produce a new post with the old video.

When accepting Top Videos in Firehose, it will show you the next post to judge, but not refresh the video.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should show you the next post with a new, refreshed video.
