What are the options to prevent 2 million possible #refugees and putting 3,3 million civilians into danger of being killed by regime forces and #Russian airpower?
I personally see many, but only one may be realistic:
-> Establishing a security corridor for civilians in #Idlib.

There is a visible increase of
#Turkish arms supplies of ATGMs, Grad missiles and ammunition to the#Syrian opposition in#Idlib BUT this is only increasing the cost for the#Assad regime and#Russia which they seem ready to pay. It does not change the ultimate outcome.pic.twitter.com/BcFOEz8nqXShow this thread -
The military balance of power could be changed theoretically by sending air-defense systems or sophisticated weapons to Idlib but there is no willingness to do so. Another option could be a direct Turkish intervention but this is being restricted by the Russian air superiority.

The only option to prevent a humanitarian disaster & a new massive refugee flow to Turkey & Europe is the establishment of a security corridor along the Turkish-Syrian border. If this zone is being supported, it could safe millions of civilians & enable Syrians to stay in Syria.
