生活保護支給は、国が四分の三で地方が四分の一の負担です。厚生労働省に外国人生活保護の予算分は削減するように要望を出すことも効果があります。厚生労働省の社会局長の通達により行政の裁量が認められたので、同様に社会局長の通達で廃止もできます。厚労相にもどんどん要望を出しましょう。
