They have to stop them somehow, Turkey and Europe can’t take in the entire population of the Middle East and Africa

Ships where the crew is looking at other ships to the right must avoid collisions. If the smaller tries to collide, the larger cannot avoid. The smaller the ship, the easier to turn. Sea accidents are often difficult to judge.
