 The big contrast between 2018 and 2019 can be explained with the fact that after that many areas were retaken by the SAA during 2018 (Daraa, Homs countryside, eastern Ghouta, Dumayr pocket, smaller part of Idlib and southern Damascus), homes were quickly rehabilitated. Show this thread
