The worst thing Warren likely did was assume anything resembling malice when Bernie was most likely just being indelicately skeptical. And on the internet, Taking A Thing Slightly Too Seriously is a capital offense.

I mean Bernie’s brand is consistent socialist values over time. Trump’s “brand” is blunt opinions. But I agree with the point
-
That's WHAT he's saying. His method of saying it is to be as blunt as a sledgehammer about it, and from my perception his "how" has been equally as important as his "what."

Unfortunately this is more about the media trying to make a frenzy of this, not only for entertainment but to distract everyone from uniting both bases to take down Joe Biden. And some people aren't aware of that because of the tribalism mentality in the States.

I think it’s also been misconstrued, since the wording seemed to be he was worried a woman couldn’t beat Trump, not that one couldn’t be president. Either way I think it’s a bad take, but it’s being blown way out of proportion.

No. She could have said "I know Bernie thinks a woman can be president and he just meant in our current climate it could be hard for one to win. He's my friend and I won't play into this media made fight." But she didn't. She threw him under the bus.

It was clearly a smear job which is why her campaign says one thing in public and another behind the scenes: https://pbs.twimg.com/media/EOTGt1kUcAEKUBZ?format=jpg&name=small …
