I ask you today my brother to make a stand that the Libyan people are waiting for at our darkest hour of need before it is to late. And looking back at past experiences that we still are paying for today. And I ask you to activate the Arab joint defense treaty now.

And to in force the right of the Libyan people, parliament and army to fight terrorist organizations and to protect their nation against the #Turkish invasion. Statements are not enough form you my brothers, but we need solid support and positions against this invasion.

And I ask the Arab parliament to consider all the violations done by the #GNA Risk to the sovereignty and unity of Libya and the safety of all the neighboring countries. And to Withdraw recognition of this illegal body.

And the refuse to give this Secret right to any other but a democratically elected parliament. And not to recognize any government that didn’t get recognized by its own parliament. And all the MoUs by the #GNA are all illegal by law.

And the disregard of the authority and legitimacy of the democratically elected parliament of Libya #HoR. And excepting the reoccupation of libya by #Turkey. Only if a unified Arabic stand that will support the right of the Libyan parliament in its legislative authority

The international community's disregard of these facts and the continued recognition of a presidential council #GNA is the least characterised as treacherous to it own nation. Is a disregard of the will of the Libyan people and their right to defend there nation

And by chartering borders with a country that we have no borders with they have dragged out of country into a conflict that we had nothing to do all of this was a violation to the UN charter and international law.

Without approval from the House of Representatives #HoR, a critical violation of both the agreement and the Constitution. Hence The illegal #GNA gave Turkey the full right to intervene and invade Libya when ever they see fitting with no regard of national sovereignty.

And adding that all decisions should have been made anonymously by all members but now only al-Sarraj has dictated that right for himself. And the last of this decorations was the MoU with Turky, a decision he made by him self with out the agreement of the other 8 members.

The political agreement was based on the principle of agreement between the Libyans. From the formation of the #GNA represented by the three states of Libya. A principal that was terminated by the resignation of 4 of the presidential council.

Hence the militias gained international recognition at the expense of the democratically elected parliament and the #GNA it self. This was confirmed Reports of the United Nations Committee of Experts and the statements of the UN commission to Libya @GhassanSalame

Even the Libyan central bank was taken over by the militias with the support of theGovernor of the Central Bank of Libya that parliament sacked before this agreement but remind in power by the aid of both the militias and foreign governments

And also In this agreement, it was chartered that all armed groups to leave Tripoli and other cities which never happened And lead to the complete control of these militias on the well of the #GNA as is apparent today And gained full power and played with wealth and lives of all

And the #GNA did not gain constitutional confidence from the parliament, and was not sworn in by by the parliament. Which is another violation to both the agreement and the Constitution. And so does the agreement condemn all terrorist actions which was not done by the GNA.

And One of these violations is that the agreement states that the #GNA is only for one year from the day it is given confidence from the #HoR and could be extended to only one more year, hence this #GNA has expired a long time ago. As well was not adding to the Constitution

And neglecting of the sovereignty of Libya. The agreement dose not exist today due to the violations of all its articles and the #GNA falling in the arms of terrorist organizations and armed militias and gangs and imposing them on the throats of the Libyan people so they remain
