chrome で帯域制限を行う

デベロッパーツールを呼び出す

デベロッパーツールのSettingsを選ぶ

SettingsのThrottlingを選ぶ

プロファイルを作成する。ダウンロード速度、アップロード速度、レイテンシー（遅延）の値を設定する

ここでは適当に My test というプロファイル名にした、Add で作成

My test というプロファイルが作成されると以下のような表示になる

デベロッパーツールに戻って、幅を広げて、ネットワークタブ、Onlineを選ぶ
