    I'd add that they had been pressuring GNA on this since the summer. They only got it when the GNA sensed it would face defeat after Wagner's intervention and needed more Turkish support

    The problem is that international efforts are not co-ordinated & are more to do with individual grandstanding than helping the -n people. Supporting & conference is the way to go.
