Trainers, we're looking into a bug where Shiny Alolan Vulpix cannot be encountered through Field Research. This bug only affects Field Research, and there is still a chance of hatching Shiny Alolan Vulpix from Eggs. Thank you for your patience as we investigate this issue.

Usually, when companies make a big mistake like this, they try to make it up to their player base by giving back. We’ve been hatching 7 eggs for the quest, majority of us buying incubators, trying for that shiny as well as others. Cmon.... anything?!? Coins, free incubators?

This is really so lame. I’ve done 15 so far and had I known there was no shiny chance I would have equal parts hatched 7 km eggs and deleted that research task for another shiny check instead. Hope y’all plan on making this right.

no CD move "due to GPS issues", now no shiny and what will be the cause? The only thing we are quite sure is, no meaningful compensation will be given to affected players. Thanks for making my day!!
