• Implement the arrows on the standalone media pages

We talked about implementing the pulsator animation on the modal pager arrows.

We could also have an arrow overlay that flashes and fades out on first load.

We'll start off with animating the arrows, but we can drive this conversation on this card.

@michaelfbradley any ideas on how we can advertise the pager left and right functionality without being too intrusive?
