I'd like to work on this one but I'm noticing there have been recent changes to the front-end docker container. Is this being worked on internally or is this still an open issue that can be worked on?

I may be mistaken but if we're re-containerizing this for development stacks, it'll probably be related to Angular Universal integration (see my comment on your other card also)
