Email Confirmation

depends on engine!424 (merged) and engine!438 (merged)
To test
- create a new account, it should show a mail confirmation banner
- tapping on resend show send a confirmation mail
- changing your email from settings should show a note saying that you will have to confirm your email
- saving the email change should show the mail confirmation banner again
