When a user creates a new group, the group should appear in the sidebar or refresh the groups when the down arrow at the bottom of the sidebar is pressed.

Presently the only way to get the new group to appear in sidebar is to do a page refresh.

Similarly the behaviour is the same when a group is deleted, the group remains in the sidebar and when clicked takes the user to a 'Group Not Found' page which contains a feed poster box and a constant spinner within it.
