OK now to talk you through how it works. It's unlike anything I've heard of before. They use their blockchain to create global-scale validation ceremonies, broken into a short session and a long session. short session + long session = validation ceremony

A new version of the Idena node (0.15.0) is available. The miner status is deactivated for all nodes: please activate. All balances and identity states are saved.
An update is required. The older version is not supported. -
