    Here it is. Every drone strike published by Islamic State in 2017. (I believe) 208 strikes, 450+ images & videos. This was based on a year of leveraging every source possible to collate this data. Free to use with credit. Lets see what we learned:

    In an attempt to save my mentions: I am not saying whether this plane was shot down or not. I am saying people are saying these images show holes, when they do not in fact actually appear to be holes.

    Hey all, be careful about analysis of holes in various parts of the plane. For example: these images show the same piece, where at least some of the "holes" actually appear to be small rocks or other debris in higher resolution images.

    This is similar to what was seen on MH17 in other parts of the plane. Shrapnel is not the only source of punctures on the airframe - the crash itself is a violent event.

    I've seen this image doing the rounds, with some people claiming its evidence Iranian AA shot down the Ukrainian airliner, but in my mind it's most likely to be debris from the aircraft itself that caused the damage.

    Quick note: Al Asad is an Iraqi military base hosting coalition troops. It's not an American base. There are far more Iraqi forces at the base than American.

    The reason this is a big deal is because the explosive weight of a typical SRBM warhead is about 100x larger than the small artillery rockets used by insurgents & proxies in Iraq.

    I am told from US official these are short range ballistic or cruise missiles being fired from Iranian territory at multiple US bases and targets inside Iraq.

    Reports say Iran is firing dozens of missiles into Iraq, hitting U.S. forces at Al Asad Airbase. Early reports say 20 U.S. troops have died, amid 60+ missile strikes so far. If true, then we are at the precipice of another horrible war in the Middle East.
