(...) more than needed and allows people to have a clear view of the on-going manipulation. The majority of the tweets you see on your timeline is boosted to push a propaganda, a political message. You should know it, know why and who is doing that.

Also:
@Twitter /@twitterindia appears to be throttling RTs on specific tweets / users. I have had to go to the original tweet, hit like, and even hit reply, before I could RT a tweet. Till then, all other buttons work, but tapping RT does not do anything! -
this happened to me too! I have had to get out, reload, then hit RT (a few times).
