We need to make sure that we're excluding banned channels from the search results and feeds

• Verify that banned channels are being filtered in the feeds.
• Verify that banned channels are being filtered in the search results
• Research raising an error if a banned channel shows up where it's not supposed too (unless removing it from the es queries makes that impossible)
