January 15 will be the 365th consecutive day of uninspired photo posts, and I wanted to let you know that I think it's a logical end point for the feed. I knew in early Autumn that the one-year anniversary would be the last day of posts.

Sourcing, scheduling and writing alt-text captions is a surprisingly large amount of work. In 2020, I want to commit that same energy to a different large project.
Originally, I planned to STOP ABRUPTLY without explanation. However, a lot of people have expressed to me how meaningful the feed is to them. Where I had originally seen inert, indifferent and badly composed images, others found tranquility and peace.

Anyway, stopping the feed without explanation seemed like a mean way to end things, so I'm letting you know in advance.
Until then, it's business as usual. I'm grateful to everyone for showing me that the impact of the feed was larger than its original intention.
