    Justement, il n’y a plus de SOFA. Et c’est d’abord de là que viendra en premier lieu la réponse des pro-Iraniens: tenter d’expulser les forces américaines du pays, par la voie parlementaire. En 2019 déjà, une motion en ce sens avait été rejetée de justesse.
