When investigating, #1763 (closed) I noticed the page has no title in the head

Steps to reproduce

Open console
Visit https://www.minds.com/newsfeed/1010437188630237184
Check the element for a

Platform information

Suspect cross-platform but replicated Chromium / Ubuntu 19.04

What is the current bug behavior?

Missing title.. just URL shows in browser tab.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Should have some of the text from the post truncated. Perhaps prefixed with something like Minds | (in style with other pages)
