@markeharding Because at the time of estimating, Wire transfers were not working on the sandbox after the addition of the new modal, and preliminary investigation from Brian and myself had been a brick wall. So this task was encompassing getting wire's working on that environment (last I checked they are working now).

Appreciate you had no way of knowing that as the title was misleading.

I've got to re-write the test to be more economical, and transfer funds back after running. Can probably manage to re-enable in half an hour but waiting on us to get !566 (merged) merged first.
