(feat): Remember a users last setting of the preferred option for next log in.
Summary
Can we set the 'preferred' switch on the Discovery Feed to remember the last position, so if you turned it off, it stays off when you next go to discovery.
It would be nice for the preferred switch's state to be remembered for after you leave the site and come back. Would help users better curate the content they see when idly using the site.
I'd guess that a Cookie would be the best approach for this unless there is any objection/need to put it in the user's settings object.
