(bug): Load Earlier button working intermittantly

Summary

On Android (untested on iOS), the 'Load Earlier' button that appears when there are too many comments to display, does not always show earlier comments, and furthermore, sometimes it simply does not appear.

Steps to reproduce

Go on the mobile app Take a look at a thread with multiple comments Try Load Earlier (if it is there).

Platform information

Android tested - could include iOS

App version

v3.1.1

What is the current bug behavior?

The 'load earlier' does not always appear, and does not always work.

What is the expected correct behavior?

It should load earlier comments for the user.
