(feat): list of officially supported browsers

I have just reviewed the following H&S enquiry and noticed that @javanick provided a reply in relation to Minds official supported Web browsers. This point has been made before but Minds has never produced a list of officially supported browsers and I think that it would be a good idea to include a list as an entry within the help desk facility.

Firefox, Brave, Chrome, Safari. Any others @benhayward.ben?

Chromium and Opera (Google Chrome is technically a derivative of Chromium. Also Opera uses the same rendering engine that is included within Chromium / Chrome).

How about Microsoft Edge (which also now uses the Blink rendering engine) or Webkit based browsers (which includes Apple Safari)?

Looks right to me, I think it best to ask @markeharding to confirm the targeted browsers though. Developer docs should also be updated to reflect this.
