- Go to a subscribed user.
- Scroll down and select a media.
- Press the down arrow in menu below media.
- Select unsubscribe.
- Navigate to user profile again.

Environment: Huawei P20 lite, Android 8, Chrome browser

Confirmed. Go to a media page of someone you are subbed to, cannot unsub. Chromium / Ubuntu
