(bug): limit number of hashtags on reminds
It is currently possible to post more than 5 hashtags on reminds on desktop, which results in hashtag abuse. It should not be possible.

DeveloperGot a change thats been stuck in the works that I think also fixes reminds, will check and try get it in asap.

@benhayward.ben, I have just rechecked this and the semantic tag (hashtags) limitation has not been enforced within reminded posts.
