      6.the LNA is established (Libya National army) led by General Khalifa Haftar and is under the Authority of The House of Representatives. In 2014 the LNA launched Operation dignity aimed at Fighting the GNC the Islamists and Shura councils that established across Libya territory

      13. Egypt backs the LNA because it's mostly a security issue, Egypt has suffered from terrorism the last 6 years with the Muslim brotherhood and violence spilling from the Unstable conditions that gave ISIS in Libya the power to thrive in the Oil rich region.

      14. UAE AND KSA ever since the Arab spring have taken a radical approach and have challenged every uprising with there backed puppets to make sure Islamists never take power or Iranian backed puppets. (see Yemen)

      17. Algeria and Tunisia want this civil war to end because it's a major security risk and has taken precautions to defend the borders The issue with Algeria is that it feels it's very cornered. Mali in the south , Libya in the east.

      20. April 2nd 2019. Abdelaziz Bouteflika is no more president of Algeria and a power vacuum possibility begins in Algeria a major Country that prevented Haftar and the LNA to advance. April 4th 2019, Haftar calls for it's forces to Liberate Tripoli.

      22. The Major issues with the GNA is that it had no Military support that could challenge Haftar. So the GNA allied themselves with the Muslim brotherhood and ISIS/Al Qaeda eleme ts to become the fighting force of the "legitimate government"
